Annual Reports & Accounts
Dear Friends
As I look back over the past year, since we were last together in Brighton, I am filled with gratitude for all God has enabled us to achieve as a result of the great generosity that was demonstrated through the 2008 offering. Thank you!
About £1.1/4 million was given and this has funded initiatives and activities that have resulted in
• Hundreds being saved, healed and baptised in the Spirit
• New churches being started
• Leaders being trained
• Young people's events
• National Conferences
• Ministry with the poor
• ..and much much more!
In addition to this there was a wonderful response to the Christmas appeal on behalf of the churches in Zimbabwe as they sought to demonstrate the love and compassion of Jesus in the midst of crisis. £500,000 was donated by Newfrontiers churches in 14 nations. Seed for planting and 350 tonnes of food were distributed, and bore holes have been drilled for clean water to alleviate the cholera outbreak. They are now working on the sustainability phase to help mitigate against future crisis by equipping people through improved agriculture, health care, education and so on.
To be a 'family together on a mission' is a great privilege. As we look into the coming year we face new opportunities and challenges. There is ever increasing energy being focussed on church planting which we believe is God's primary strategy for reaching thousands with the gospel and seeing advance of the Kingdom. The needs are varied - sometimes it is for bicycles for rural pastors so they can serve more people, at other times significant finance to help key leaders relocate to plant new churches. Then there are gatherings to equip and mobilise both our youth and leaders in various nations. These, and much more will be shared with you during this time together.
God has called us on a great adventure and mission together! Thank you again for your on-going support.

Newfrontiers is a worldwide family of churches together on a mission, with over 600 churches worldwide.
With a passionate commitment to build the church according to New Testament principles, we believe that the most effective form of evangelism is worked out from strong local churches.
There are local churches where each member participates, the gifts of the Spirit are outworked, there is joy in caring one for the other, there is a desire to make a difference in society and an urgency to reach those in need. We aim to achieve this by; restoring the church, making disciples, training leaders, starting churches, reaching the nations.
